Return WindowYou can return or exchange any item(s) purchased on our website within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below:
- The product must be in its original condition, with only minimal wear from trying it on (e.g. no stains, tears or strong odors
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- No be a clearance or customised items where the conditions of sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Visit our Returns Portal below and enter your order number and email address
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
- Package your item(s) securely and include the RMA number in your package. If you are located in The Netherlands or the UK, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided through the Returns Portal for orders over €50 and £40 respectively. For international customers, please us your preferred shipping method.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Return shipping costs must be paid by you. To fall under our satisfaction guarantee, products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will send the replacement items or refund your purchase. In case of replacement, you are responsible for paying for shipment of the returned articles to us, while we pay for shipment of the replacements to you.
ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER ARE DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our products are subject to careful quality control. But it is still possible that there are hidden defects that only become apparent in use. If you receive a defective product, please e-mail our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
